Today on the Want2Scrap Blog I am sharing a card that features the "Vacation" Want2Scrap Fancy Chipboard Words. I love using the beautiful words on cards and scrapbook layouts. The Vacation - Fancy Chipboard Word went perfectly with my summer themed card that I created out of Graphic 45®'s Place in Time - July Cut Aparts and Graphic 45® Couture 6 x 6 Patterns & Solids design paper.
I first covered the chipboard word with DecoArt® Acrylic Gesso and then with a sponge brush added DecoArt® Metallic Lustre - Gold Rush. I then added Cranberry Pearls and Steel Blue Pearls to the upper right corner.
In this picture you can see where I stitched the cream cardstock on with my sewing machine. To finish my card I added Swirls Finesse - LeCreme Pearls.
