I started scrapbooking 17 years ago at a record speed when I turned ten years worth of pictures into completed scrapbooks in three months time.  I only started stamping and coloring with Copics 6 years ago when a small scrapbook store, More Memories, opened in my home town. I started taking some card and coloring classes at the store and I had no idea what an amazing journey that would start me on.  I truly found my niche' in paper crafting.   This would lead me to starting a blog, being on a Design Team, having my work published fifteen times and my work on display at CHA and other industry trade shows. I have met so many amazing people in real life and in blogland. It has turned out to truly be a blessing in my life and just what I needed, when I needed it. God is truly amazing!

I am a stay-at-home wife, married to my high school sweetheart, John, for 24 years.  We have two daughters.  Malinda (22) is married and Johnna (19) is in college studying nursing. I volunteer at church coordinating funeral meals and I also volunteer with our county 4-H scrapbooking program.  Designing is a hobby/job that I can do where I am still at home and I can work around my family obligations. It also helps support my craft habit (which we all know can be expensive)! My husband is a corporate pilot and travels and so I also want to be home when he is home and I need a hobby to fill my time when he is gone. Designing cards and coloring with Copics is my outlet, it is something I do for me, but yet I can still fulfill my responsibilities as a wife, mother, daughter, friend and sister-in-Christ like I want and need to.

My faithful friend, a TICA Registered Non-Standard Munchkin named Chiquita Banana Muffin ("Muffin") is always nearby "helping" in my craft room.  I hope you enjoy my blog and the projects I create.  I enjoy comments and appreciate all of my blog visitors and followers!
