Hummingbird Friendship Tag

Good morning!  Today I am sharing my Hummingbird Friendship Tag that I created featuring Heartfelt Creations Botanic Orchid Collection.

I colored the hummingbird with Copics.  I shaped the orchid petals to create this pinwheel looking flower and I also created a bud with the petals.

Instructions:  Cover the Manila tag with Botanical Orchid Paper.  Adhere a piece of the decorative strip of paper to the top of the tag, repunch the hole and add cream seam binding to the hole.  Use the dies from the Ornate Borders and Pocket Dies to create the decorative bottom of the tag.  Create a window using the Botanic Window Die and design paper and add Baby Blue Rhinestones to the window.  With Tuxedo Black Memento Ink stamp the Musical Songbird from the Regal Hummingbird Cling Stamp Set and color bird with Bamboo Leaves, Teal Zeal and Dark Peony Inks and a sponge dauber.  Die cut the bird with the Regal Hummingbird die and add to tag as shown with pop dots.  With Tuxedo Black Ink on Cryogen White Paper stamp the Hummingbird Perch twice and color with Copics.  Die cut with coordinating die.  Cut the tail and greenery off the second image and add to first image to create more dimension.  With Tuxedo Black stamp the Botanical Orchid flowers and color with Pink Pastel and Dark Peony Chalk Ink. Shape petals with the Deluxe Flower Shaping Tools.  Use the long petals only to create the large flower and twist with the curling tip to create this pinwheel shaped flowers. Add Prills to the center of the flower. Use the rounded petals to create the bud and shape the greenery around it.  Add all to tag as shown, using Dries Clear Adhesive and pop dots as needed.  Die cut the tag using the Luggage and Tags die and add it to the tag with a Pink Rhinestone.  Add Crystal, Lichen and Pinkilicious Glitter as desired.
