CHRISTMAS BLOG HOP WITH THE ROBINS NEST

For my project today I created a Christmas Card with the beautiful design papers from The Robin's Nest.  

To create this 6" x 6" side opening card I began by using the green side of the Black and White Pinetree Glitter Cardstock and adhered a 6" square piece to the card base.  Next I added a 5 3/4" square piece of the Black and White Pinetree Glitter Cardstock and on top of that a 5 1/2" square piece of Red Classic Swirl Glitter Cardstock.  Then I wrapped a piece of white ribbon around the center of the card front and finished with a bow at the top.  

Next I die cut another piece of the green side of the Black and White Pinetree Glitter Cardstock with the Floral Ovals Die.  I added large Metallic Gold Dew Drops from the Red/Gold/Silver Metallic Dew Drops and Mini Metallic Gold Dew Drops from the Ornament Mini Dew Drops around the Floral Oval die cut.  I stamped the candle image on Cryogen White Paper that had been die cut with an oval and colored it with Copics.  I added Diamond Stickles to the candle and added Mini Red Dew Drops from the Ornament Mini Dew Drops to the holly berries in the colored image with Dries Clear Adhesive. I then added the entire decorated oval to the card front with pop dots.  Then using the Spellbinders Layered Poinsettia Die and Red Classic Swirl Glitter Cardstock I created the poinsettia and added a Goldenberry Dew Drop to the center.  With the Hunter Green with Gold Glitter Cardstock stamp and die cut the holly leaves and add Red Metallic Dew Drops from the Red/Gold/Silver Metallic Dew Drops for the berries.  Adhere the holly leaves to the image with Dries Clear Adhesive. 

Finally I added Ace of Diamond Dew Drops to the bottom left corner.
