HEARTFELT CREATIONS - March 20, 2013

Today I have a sweet card that I made for Heartfelt Creations that would be great to send to a special couple for their Anniversary.  When I saw this stamp of the swans in the HCPC 3523 - Feathered Friends PreCut Set , I thought it would look perfect in the heart shaped die cut from Heartfelt Creations HCD 728 - Timeless Amour Die.  I finished the card by adding May Arts Ribbon and Twinkle Goosebumps from Queen & Co. for embellishments!

Instructions:

Begin with a 8 1/2" x 5 1/2" piece of aqua Bazzill cardstock and score on the 4 1/4" mark to create an A2 card base.  Next adhere a 4" x 5 1/4" piece of Vintage Floret Paper.  Wrap ribbon around center of card securing with Scor-Tape.  Then with Memento Ink on Cryogen White Paper stamp swan image from Feathered Friends Set and color with Copics.  Die cut with Timeless Amour Die.  Then die cut heart out of brown Bazzill cardstock with Timeless Amour Die and use outside frame to frame swan image.  Adhere to card front with Dries Clear Glue.  Add Crystal Glitter with Dries Clear Glue to swans' tails.  On brown cardstock with Clear Gloss Embossing Powder heat emboss "To a Special Couple" sentiment from Bella Rosebuds Set.  Matte on aqua cardstock and adhere to card front with pop dots.  Add Twinkle Goosebumps to corners of card front.
