HEARTFELT CREATIONS - JULY 25, 2012

I hope you are having a good week!  I had a wonderful time at CHA.  It was wonderful to see the Heartfelt Creations booth and to see all the wonderful Design Team projects in person.  Computers are wonderful, but let's just say that pictures on the screen don't do justice to many of the projects.  I also met some great people and came away from the show with tons of inspiration.  However, I came home to our County Fair (which I am heavily involved in) so I haven't had time to start all the projects I have planned in my head.  Well with fall coming and the kids going back to school in a few short weeks there will be time for crafting soon.

I have two cards to share with you this week that I created with Heartfelt Creations Classic Editions Collection including the wonderful new paper line.

Instructions:
5 1/2" x 5 1/2" Card

Follow step by step instructions for making Center Step Card on Splitcoast Stampers. Next trace front of card on HC Classic Editions Paper. Cut 1/8" smaller all around so when you matte your patterned paper it creates a border with the card base. With coordinating Classic Editions Paper cut two strips of paper to 1" x 4 1/4" and adhere to sides of card front. With Memento Ink on Cryogen White Paper die cut with Spellbinders Labels 9 stamp pumpkin/sunflower picture from Pumpkin Harvest Set. Color with Copics. With Dries Clear adhesive add OCL Sparkly Fluff - Coffee Bean Brown to center of flower. Adhere image with pop dots to center of card front. Wrap ribbon around center card front and adhere with Scor-Tape. Finish by adding adhesive Rhinestones.

Instructions:
6" x 6" Card

Begin with a 12" x 6" piece of cardstock and score on the 6" mark to create a 6" square card base.  Next adhere a 6" square piece of HC Classic Editions Paper.  Then on a 5" square piece of Cryogen White Paper stamp Raspberry image in upper right corner and single raspberry in bottom left corner.  Color with Copics.  With Memento Ink stamp Sympathy Sentiments as shown.  Distress entire paper with Antique Linen Distress Ink.  Adhere to card front.  Finally stamp single raspberry image on Cryogen White paper, color with Copics and die cut with Classic Editions Die.  Adhere to card front with pop dot near single raspberry image on bottom left corner.
