Special Moments Rose Card

Today I am sharing my Special Moments Rose Card featuring the beautiful Blushing Rose Paper Collection.

I added blossoms created using the Berry Blossoms Cling Stamp Set and used the stamped image from the Classic Rose Vines Cling Stamp Set
 for the leaves and created the rose and the buds with the Classic Rose Cling Stamp Set.

Instructions:  Create a 6" x 6" card base out of white cardstock.  Next take a 6" x 6" card front from the Blushing Rose Paper Collection and die cut out the center using the Spellbinders Circles Die. Adhere card front to card base.  Sponge edges of die cut circle with Lulu Lavender Memento Ink.  Die cut a piece of blue design paper from the paper collection using the Scalloped Circles Spellbinders Die and sponge edges with Teal Zeal Memento Ink.  Matte circle on die cut scalloped circle and adhere to card front with pop dots.  On white cardstock with Tuxedo Black Ink stamp the rose image from the Classic Rose Vines Cling Set, stamp the rose petals and rose buds from the Classic Rose Cling Set and stamp the blossoms from the Berry Blossoms Cling Set.  Die cut all with coordinating dies.  Cut the buds off the rose image so they can be adhered separately on the card front.  Color centers of blossoms with Cantaloupe Memento Ink using a Fantastix.  Using a sponge dauber color the petals and rose using Lulu Lavender and Sweet Plum Memento Inks and the leaves using New Sprout and Bamboo Leaves Memento Inks.  Shape all with Deluxe Flower Shaping Tools and assemble as shown, adding to the card front as shown.  With Dries Clear Adhesive add Leia Glitter to blossoms, roses, leaves and flowers on dress on design paper, as desired.  Cut sentiment from Blushing Rose Paper and sponge edges with Sweet Plum Memento Ink.  Adhere to card with pop dots.  Adhere Lavender and White Pearls to corner.
