Pine Cone Winter Wishes Card

Today is Heartfelt Creations Wednesday and I am sharing my Pine Cone Winter Wishes Card.  This card features the beautiful design paper from the HCDP1-269 Snow Kissed Paper Collection.

I created the pine boughs and pine cones using the two different foliage dies from the HCD1-7109 Gift Box and Mini Snowflakes Die collection.  I used Spruce Willis Prills and Berry Nice Prills (from the ANC851 Rock N' Roll Prills set) for the berries on this card.

Instructions:  Create a 6" x 6" side folding card base out of Bazzill Cardstock.  Next take a 6" x 6" card front cut from the Snow Kissed Paper Collection and die cut out the center image using the  smallest die from the Spellbinders Grand Circles Die.  Wrap ribbon around the center of the card front before adhering to the card base.  Adhere bow to the right side of card.  Sponge edges of circles with Mint Chalk Ink and add Crystal Glitter and Wildwood Glitter to bird on design paper.  Matte the image on Gold Metallic Satin Paper that has been die cut with the next bigger size of the Spellbinders Grand Circles and then matte that onto burgundy design paper that has been die cut with the Spellbinders Grand Decorative Circles One.  To create pine cones use brown design paper from the Coffee Talk Paper Collection die cut using the foliage die.  Cut the foliage in half and weave several together to create pine cones.  Add Crystal Glitter to the tips of the pine cones using Dries White Adhesive and the Metal Glue Tip. To create pine boughs use light green and dark green design paper from the Snow Kissed Paper die cut using the other foliage die.  Sponge the light green foliage with Olive Pastel Chalk Ink.  Cut foliage in half and shape lightly using the Deluxe Flower Shaping Kit. Add Crystal Glitter to the tips of the foliage using Dries White Adhesive and the Metal Glue Tip. Adhere pine cones and pine boughs as shown.  With Dries Clear Adhesive add Spruce Willis Prills and Berry Nice Prills (from the Rock N' Rolls Prills Set) to card.  Adhere sentiment using pop dots.  Adhere Cranberry Pearl to left corner.
