It's a Shower - All Glammed Up Card

Today I want to share with you one of my favorite cards I created using Heartfelt Creations All Glammed Up Collection.

This card features the beautiful HCD1-776 Eyelet Oval Die.  This is also one of my favorite dies from Heartfelt Creations.

Have a great day!

Other Products:  Canvas Corp 12" x 12" Black on Ivory Cardstock; Tsukneko Brilliance Archival Pigment Ink Pad - Galaxy Gold; ColorBox Fluid Chalk Ink Pad - Mint; Art Glitter Ultrafine Transparent Glitter - Lichen; Want2Scrap 72 Count - Silver Rhinestones; Want2Scrap 72 Count - Black Rhinestones

Instructions:  Begin by creating a 5" x 7" card base out of Black on Ivory Cardstock and adhere the 5" x 7" card front cut from the All Glammed Up Paper Collection.  Die cut the oval out using the oval from the Eyelet Oval Die.  Then out of Black on  Ivory Cardstock die cut a Scalloped Edge Oval with the oval cut out of the center and adhere to card front with Dries Clear Adhesive and Metal Glue Tip.  Then out of Black on Ivory Cardstock die cut another Scalloped Edge Oval but leave the center intact and matte the roses card front image onto it. Cut a striped piece of design paper from the paper collection and adhere it to the inside of the card and then adhere the entire matted card front image, making sure it shows through the front oval of the card.  With Mint Chalk Ink stamp the "It's a Shower" sentiment from the All Glammed Up Sentiments set, as shown.  On red design paper with Galaxy Gold Ink stamp the roses from the  Botanical Roses set and the small blooms from the Birds and Blooms set, add Gold Embossing Powder, tap off excess and heat set.  Die cut with the coordinating Botanical Wings Die and Leafy Branch Die.  On green design paper from the Blazing Poppy Paper Collection with Mint Chalk Ink stamp the leaves from the Botanical Rose set and die cut with the Botanical Wings Die.  Also die cut some leaves using the Cut Mat Create 2A Die.  Using the Deluxe Flower Shaping Kit, shape and layer the roses, rose buds and leaves as shown, using Dries Clear Adhesive as needed.  Adhere to card as shown, making sure the roses and leaves stay within the oval so the card can open and close easily.  Add Lichen Glitter to the leaves.  Add Silver and Black Rhinestones to the upper right card front as shown.
