THINKING OF YOU WITH MULBERRY FLOWERS

Today on the Want2Scrap Blog I am sharing a Thinking of You card that features one of Want2Scrap's newest additions to its store, Mulberry Paper Flowers.  The design paper for this 6" x 6" card is from Graphic 45s Botanical Tea Collection and the beautiful mauve ribbon is from May Arts.

I stamped my sentiment from Graphic 45 Botanical Tea 2 Cling Stamp set with Tim Holtz Distress Ink in Gathered Twigs on Bazzill cardstock that had been die cut with Spellbinders Fleur de Lis Rectangles .  I then added the Want2Scrap Nestabling Fleur de Lis Rectangles - Mocha Pearl to the die cut before adhering it to the card front with pop dots.

Using the leaves die from Heartfelt Creations HCD 735 - Gift Ensemble Die out of green Bazzill cardstock I die cut four set of leaves.  I shaped the leaves before adhering them to the corners of the card.  I then added 3/8" Mauve Mulberry Paper Flowers and 3/8" Pink Mulberry Paper Flowers with Art Glitter Designer Dries Clear Adhesive to the die cut leaves.

These beautiful Mulberry Paper Flowers come in a variety of beautiful colors and are the perfect accent to your paper craft projects!  I would love for you to visit my blog, Candy's Creations, for additional projects and inspiration.  Have a great day!

BIRTHDAY CARD WITH THE ROBIN'S NEST DEW DROPS

Today I am sharing a Birthday card featuring The Robin's Nest Dew Drops.  I created the 6" x 6" card base out of Bazzill cardstock and then matted coordinating pieces of design paper from Echo Park's 6 x 6 Love Story paper pad.  I wrapped white May Arts Crinkle Ribbon around the center of the card base and finished it by adding a bow.

I used Spellbinders Tear Drop Circles Die to die cut the pink Bazzill cardstock.  This created the perfect pattern for me to add The Robin's Nest Diamond Dew Drops in Ace of Diamonds around the circle.  I also decorated the inside of the card and I used Spellbinders Classic Triple Scalloped Edgeabilities die and Ace of Diamonds Dew Drops.   To adhere the Diamond Dew Drops I used Art Glitter Dries Clear Adhesive.

Then with Tuxedo Black Memento Ink on Cryogen White Paper that had been die cut with Spellbinders Classic Circles SM, I stamped the "Have a wonderful birthday" sentiment from Heartfelt Creations Inspire Me Sentiments PreCut Set.  I then lightly added Tim Holtz Spun Sugar Distress Ink before matting it on the gold glitter paper that had been die cut with the coordinating Spellbinders Classic Circles SM.  Next I adhered the entire circle to the card front.  Finally with Art Glitter Dries Clear Adhesive I added three of the The Robin's Nest Mini Drew Drops in Regency to the white circle.

To create the flowers I used Spellbinders Bitty Blossoms Die, the flower dies from Heartfelt Creations Sweet Lullaby Die and the leaf die from Heartfelt Creations Gift Ensemble Die.  I shaped them using McGill's Paper Blossom Molding Mat and Tools and added Art Glitter UltraFine Transparent Crystal and Pinkilious Glitter using Art Glitter Dries Clear Adhesive.  I then sprayed the bitty blossoms with Tattered Angels Chalboard Glimmer Mist in "Mauve"lous.

Finally to complete each flower I added Dew Drops from The Robin's Nest Dew Drops in Mocha Trail  and The Robin's Nest Mini Drew Drops in Regency with Art Glitter Dries Clear Adhesive to the flower centers.

To complete this special card I also decorated the inside of the card with The Robin's Nest Diamond Dew Drops in Ace of Diamonds.

You can view all the wonderful products that The Robin's Nest has to offer on their website at   http://robinsnest-scrap.com/ and see some wonderful pojects and inspiration on The Robin's Nest Blog.  I hope you enjoyed my project today featuring The Robin's Nest Dew Drops.  Have a great day!

TEA PARTY LAYOUT

Today I am sharing a layout with you that features Marion Smith Designs Mad Tea Party design paper.  I absolutely love this beautiful collection.  The sweet picture is from Tim Holtz's pack of Found Relatives.

I heavily distressed the edges of the floral side of Marion Smith's Mad Tea Party - Spot of Tea with Tim Holtz Distress Tool and  Tim Holtz Distress Ink in Antique Linen before adhering it to another sheet of the Spot of Tea design paper using the reverse side.  I added the teapot and cup brads from BoBunny Little Miss Brads so that they peaked out between the tears on the distressed paper.  The "Yesterday" fancy chipboard embellishment is from Want2Scrap and I painted it with DecoArt Metallic Lustre in Iced Espresso.

I used Spellbinders Grand Decorative Circles One die cut another piece of of the pink side of the Spot of Tea design paper to create the base for my photo and embellishments.  Underneath the left corner I tucked the Alice paper dolls from the Marion Smith Cut & Create design paper.  The ephemera is from KaiserCraft Sweet Nothing Collectibles Die Cut Shapes, which I added Art Glitter Ultrafine Transparent Glitter in Crystal for some extra sparkle, and the resin accent is from Webster Pages.  I added the little spoon from the Eyelet Outlet to the sweet little doily from Maya Road.  To create the leaves I stamped them with Tim Holtz Forest Moss Distress Ink using Heartfelt Creations HCPC 3547 - Bold Leaf PreCut Set stamp and die cut the leaves with Heartfelt Creations HCD 736 - Classic Leaf Die.  The flowers are from Prima.

To continue with my tea party theme I used the Want2Scrap® Chipboard Teacup and painted it with DecoArt Metallic Lustre in Gold and then sprayed it with Crafter's Companion Iridescent Spray & Sparkle Spray.  With Tuxedo Black Memento Ink I stamped the clock image from Marion Smith Designs Stamp Collection - Curious on the teacup.  To create the look of steam from the teacup I used Want2Scrap® Swirls Finesse LeCreme Pearls.

I am entering my layout in the following challenges:

GRAPHIC 45® SPRING CARD

Today on the Want2Scrap Blog I am sharing a Spring card featuring Want2Scrap® and Graphic 45® products.  The design paper and chipboard element are from the Graphic 45® Sweet Sentiments Collection.

At the top of the card I added Want2Scrap® Swirls Finesse - LeCreme Pearls.

On the egg image, which I matted on Bazzill cardstock,  I added Baby Bling Pearls White to the center of the flowers on the larger ones and on the smaller flowers I added DecoArt® Paper Effects - White Pearl. Then with Art Glitter Designer Dries Clear Adhesive I added Art Glitter Ultrafine Transparent Glitter - Ensalada to the leaves.  Finally on the corners of the image I added the small pearls from 72 Count - Lavender Pearls.

Around the center of the card front I added coordinating May Arts Ribbon and a bow and with seam binding I attached the "Spring" Graphic 45® Chipboard Element.  Finally, I added Baby Bling Pearls LeCreme to the edges of the Chipboard Element.

Have a great day!
