Birthday Cupcake Card

Today on the Want2Scrap Blog I am sharing my Birthday Cupcake Card featuring Want2Scrap's Cupcake Chipboard Shape and Candle Chipboard Shape and Sprinkle N Sparkle's Thinking of You Stamp Set. This 6" x 6" Birthday Card was created with  Echo Park's Birthday Wishes 6 x 6 Paper Pad and The Story of Our Family 6 x 6 Paper Pad.

I added  Viva Decor 3D Stamp Paint in Light Blue to the Cupcake Chipboard Shape and Viva Decor 3D Stamp Paint in Copper to the flame on the Candle Chipboard Shape with a sponge brush.  It took two to three coats for full coverage, but it dries almost immediately so it can be completed very quickly. On the design paper I traced around the top of the cupcake (twice) and around the candle and then I fussy cut the paper.  I then adhered the design paper to the chipboard shape with Beacon Zip Dry Glue.  On the second piece of design paper for the top of the cupcake I cut a slit for the candle and I cut the base of the chipboard candle as needed, and I then insert the candle into the design paper.  I attached this to the cupcake with pop dots as needed.  I added Sparkle N Sprinkle Starfire Semi-Transparent Glitter and US Art Quest Prills - Prill Spills to the top of the cupcake.

I stamped the sentiment using Sparkle N Sprinkle's Thinking of You Stamp Set and I heat embossed it using Sparkle N Sprinkle Antiquities Embossing Powder.  I die cut the sentiment using Spellbinders Shapeabilities Fancy Tags Three Etched Dies  I embellished the Fancy Tag with Pink Pearls and White Pearls.  Finally, I added Baby Blue Rhinestones and a Pink Rhinestone to the bottom right hand corner of the card front.

Want2Scrap Owl Chipboard Card

Today on the Want2Scrap Blog I am sharing my You're a Hoot Owl Card featuring Want2Scrap's Owls Chipboard Embellishment.  The cute design paper is from Echo Park's The Story of Our Family 6 x 6 Paper Pad.

I used Viva Decor 3D Stamp Paint in Lime Green with a sponge paint brush to color this adorable owl.  I added Sparkle 'N Sprinkle Starfire Semi-Transparent Glitter (G1017) to the owl's tuft of hair and used Amber Rhinestones for the owl's eyes.

The sentiment is from Heartfelt Creations HCPC 3715 - You're a Hoot Cling Stamp Set  and I used Sparkle 'N Sparkle Brown Fizz Opaque Embossing Powder (EP381).  I added the small rhinestones from the 72 Count - Turquoise Rhinestones package for the eyes.  Finally I added a Brown Rhinestone, a Turquoise Rhinestone and an Amber Rhinestone.

Want2Scrap Daisy Card

Today on the Want2Scrap Blog I am sharing my With Love Daisy Card featuring Want2Scrap's Sleek Strips 12" Iridescent Rhinestones and 72 Count - Pink Pearls,

I stamped the beautiful image using Sparkle 'N Sprinkle Thinking of You Stamp Set (769P6) and colored it with Copics.  I added Sparkle 'N Sprinkle Starfire Semi-Transparent Glitter (G1017) to the petals and Mimosa Sparkle N Soft (SS114) to the centers of each daisy.  I adhered   Pink Pearls to the edges of the die cut.

I embossed the sentiment using Sparkle 'N Sprinkle Fiery Brown Embossing Powder (EP369) and added Sleek Strips 12" Iridescent Rhinestones to the top and bottom of the 6" x 6" card.

Just Because Birdhouse Card

Today on the Want2Scrap Blog I am sharing my Just Because Birdhouse Card featuring Want2Scrap's Birdhouses Chipboard Embellishment.  The design paper is from Echo Park's  Fine and Dandy 6 x 6 Paper Pad.  I added Sprinkle 'N Sparkle Starfire Semi-Transparent Glitter (G1017) to the design paper to add some sparkle.  I also used Spellbinders Nestabilities A Gilded Life Petite Pennants Etched Dies to cut the design paper.

I colored the Birdhouse Chipboard Embellishment with Viva Decor 3D Stamp Paint in Walnut Brown and SilverGold. To create the shingles on the birdhouse, I used a Wow Embossing Pen and Sparkle 'N Sprinkle Fiery Brown Embossing Powder (EP369)  and heat set it.  Also, I added some Swirls Finesse - White Pearls, cutting to fit.

The sentiment is from Sparkle 'N Sprinkles' Thinking of You Stamp Set (769P6) and I embossed the sentiment using Bull Frog Embossing Powder (EP404).  I finished the card by adding Sage Green Pearls and cutting a couple coral pearls from a Nestabling Beaded Square Coral Pearl set to use as an embellishment.
