HEARTFELT CREATIONS ALUMNI DESIGN TEAM - JUNE BLOG HOP

Today is the last Tuesday of the month and that means it is time for Heartfelt Creations Alumni Design Team Monthly Blog Hop.  You should have arrived here from Alissa Wells Blog.

I am pleased to share with you a masculine Birthday card I created using the mallard duck stamp from Heartfelt Creations HCPC 3530 - Waters Edge PreCut Set and the paper is from Heartfelt Creations HCDP1 232 - Balmy Breeze Paper Collection.

I colored the image with Copics  and added some Earth Flower Soft to the cattails.  I also stamped the seaweed image on the Balmy Breeze paper with Watermark Ink and then added Wow Neutral Ultra Shimmer Embossing Glitter and heat set it to add a little sparkle to the paper.

I stamped the cattails on a separate piece of Cryogen White Paper, colored them and cut them out and attached them with a pop dot for added dimension.

The designers participating this month are:

Candy Slabaugh (that's me!)

If you'd like a chance at winning a prize, be sure to leave a comment on each blog along the hop by Friday - there is a $25 gift certificate up for grabs for one random commenter! The blog hop will remain open for comments on everybody’s blog through midnight Friday June 28th and the winner will be announced on June 29th.

Thanks for stopping by and leaving a comment. Next up on the hop is Lisa Allen. Have a great week!
