Heartfelt Creations - December 28, 2011

The cards I made this week for Heartfelt Creations are all featuring HC Limited Edition Stamps that will be retiring December 31, 2011.  Make sure you visit HC Limited Edition section to snatch up retiring stamps.   There are some really nice stamps that will be retiring and HC added some more this week, so make sure you get them before they are gone forever!

Instructions:
6" x 6" Card
Start with a 12" x 6" piece of beige cardstock and score at the 6" mark to create a 6" x 6" card base. Next cut the Fancy Pants patterned paper to 5 3/4" x 5 3/4" and adhere to card base.  On Cryogen White paper stamp the sentiment and 3 sunflower seeds and cut out with appropriate Spellbinders Scalloped Square.  Color sunflower seeds with Copics and distress edges with Antique Linen Distress Ink.  Adhere to center of card with pop dots.  On Cryogen White stamp 1 large leaf, 2 medium leaves, 4 small leaves, 3 of the smallest sunflowers, 1 small sunflower and 1 medium sunflower and color with Copics.  Cut out Sunflowers with Spellbinders Blossom 2 Nestabilities and detail cut leaves out.  Place one of the smallest sunflowers on top of the small sunflower for dimension.  Add gala glitz to the center of the sunflowers and attach sunflowers and leaves as shown on card with pop dots.  Add twine and buttons with glue dots and attach ribbon to top of card.

Instructions:
6" x 6" Card
Take a 12" x 6" piece of cream cardstock and score on 6" line to create a 6" x 6" card base.  Next cut patterned paper 6" x 6" and adhere to card base.  Out of purple Bazzill paper cut round shape from Fancy Tags 3 and cut coordinating Spellbinder oval to fit tag.  Stamp "You're so Thoughtful" sentiment on Oval and distress with Forrest Moss Distress Ink.  Adhere to Fancy Tag.   On Cryogen White stamp 4 of the smallest pansies, 3 small pansies, 2 of the next size pansies and 1 of the next larger size.  Also stamp 2 clusters from the leafy swirls.  Color all with Copics.  Cut out pansies with Peony Nestabilities and detail cut out leaves.  Cut between large pansy's petals to add dimension and adhere on card with pop dots.  Make bow and adhere with hot glue gun.  To make stick pin take decorative jewelry making pin and add beads and pearls and add a dot of hot glue to end of last bead to make it stay.  Push through bow.  Thread crocheted lace through tag and adhere to bottom of card as shown.  Add 1 small pansy as embellishments to tag and also Liquid Pearls to tag.  Apply Yellow Stickles to centers of all pansies.

Instructions:
6" x 6" card
Start with a 12" x 6" piece of beige cardstock and score on the 6" line and fold to create a 6" x 6" card base.  Next cut a 6" x 6" square from my My Mind's Eye paper and attach to card base.  With Forrest Moss Distress Ink stamp leaf flourish from Innoscents Flowers 1 set in top right and bottom left corners.  From brown Bazzill paper cut the Oval Window with the die and adhere to center of card.  On Cryogen White paper with Memento Rich Cocoa Ink Stamp 2 of the smallest flowers, 2 small flowers, 1 med. flower, 1 med. large flower and 3 flower centers.  Color with Copics.  Cut out flowers with Blossoms 2 Nestabilities.  Detail cut between petals and apply Star Dust Stickles to every other petal.  Hand cut flower centers and then apply Our Craft Lounge 24K Gold Sparkly Fluff with Dries Clear Adhesive, taping off excess.  Allow to dry.    To assemble large flower use 3D Glue Dots and then start with med. large flower, then add med. flower and 1 small flower and then flower center.  Adhere to card base.  Cut 1 flower center in half, rounding corners for the 2 smallest flowers.  Attach all flower centers and then adhere small flowers to card base.  Add organza bow and crystals to the window frame die.  With Tuxedo Black Memento Ink stamp sentiment from Uplifting Scriptures set into middle of window frame die.
