HEARTFELT CREATIONS - DECEMBER 27, 2012

I guess I was having such a great Christmas I forgot to post my projects for Heartfelt Creations yesterday!  When the kids are off of school and especially when there is a holiday in there, I sometimes lose track of the days of the week and all day yesterday I thought it was Tuesday.  Well anyways, I hope you had a wonderful Christmas and here are my Heartfelt Creations projects for the week.

 

My first cards features a couple different HC sentiments stamps and is perfect for that special guy's Birthday in your life.

My second card features HC beautiful HCPC 3508 - Timeless Lace PreCut Set.  I colored it with Copics and added Art Institute Glitter to make it sparkle.

Instructions:
6" x 6" Card

Begin with a 12" x 6" piece of brown Bazzill cardstock and score on the 6" mark to create a 6" square card base.  Next adhere a 5 3/4" black piece of cardstock and then a 5 1/2" square piece of cream Timeless Amour paper.  In upper left corner with Memento ink stamp "life is better . . . " sentiment from Timeless Sentiments Set and in bottom right corner stamp "Happy Birthday . . . " sentiment from Western Sentiment Set with VersaFine ink.  Cut individual bingo card from Echo Park paper and matte on brown cardstock.  Adhere to card and add Bingo Number with Dries Clear Adhesive.  Add Big Time Brad to right upper corner.  Add Black Rhinestones as shown, cutting to fit as needed.

Instructions:

6" x 6" Card

Begin with a 10 3/4" x 6" piece of blue cardstock and score on the 6" mark. Out of purple cardstock die cut the Moroccan Accent border and trim to 5" before adhering to bottom of card front. Stamp "to a beautiful you" sentiment in Eggplant Memento Ink from Timeless Sentiments Set on bottom of card and add Amber Rhinestones. Next with Tuxedo Black Memento Ink stamp Timeless Lace Image on Cryogen White Paper and color with Copics. Add yellow glitter from Antique Rose Kit to flowers with Dries Clear Glue. Trim image 5 1/8" x 4 1/8" and matte on blue-green cardstock and then on black cardstock. Adhere to card. Add trim to top of card.

 

HEARTFELT CREATIONS - DECEMBER 19, 2012

Hi everyone!  It is hard to believe Christmas is less than a week away.  I have been feeling under the weather so I am not ready for Christmas - all the presents are not bought, the baking is not done, my cards are not sent - but the house is decorated and I am definitely in the Christmas spirit!  I am really looking forward to spending Christmas this year with family and celebrating the true meaning of Christmas, the birth of Jesus!

 

The card I want to share with you that I created for Heartfelt Creations features Heartfelt Creations Timeless Amour Collection.  I made a Z-Fold card and used gold embossing powder with the rose heart stamps from the HCPC 3506 - Passage to my Heart PreCut Set.  It turned out to be a beautiful card that could be used for Valentine's Day or "just because" for that special someone.

Instructions:
5 1/2" x 4 1/4" Card

Begin with a 4 1/4" x 11" piece of brown Bazzill cardstock and score on the 2 3/4" mark and the 5 1/2" mark. Fold card stock at scores to form a "Z". Adhere 5 1/4" x 4" piece of Timeless Amour Paper to card and then cut out "LOVE" from design paper and adhere with pop dots. Next adhere a 2 1/4" x 4" coordinating piece of Timeless Amour Paper to card front and add Pearls to bottom center. Out of brown paper cut a 1 1/4" x 4" strip of paper cutting one end to form points and adhere to left side of card front only. Next out of cream colored Bazzill cardstock die cut large heart from Timeless Amour Die. On cream colored paper with Embossing Ink stamp heart with rose from the Passage to my Heart Set, add Gold Embossing Powder and heat set. Detail cut around heart and add heart die cut frame. Adhere heart to left side of card front and brown paper strip.

HEARTFELT CREATIONS - DECEMBER 12, 2012

Good morning!  It sure is looking a lot like Christmas here in Indiana.  We have had our first snowfall and there is still a little snow on the ground this morning.  My mantel and stairway are decorated and this weekend we will go get our live tree.

 

Today I am sharing a card I made featuring Heartfelt Creations Delicate Asters Collection.  I made the 3D flowers bright pink and the leaves spring green and add Gold Gala Glitz to the flower centers.

Then on Cryogen White Paper with Tuxedo Black Memento Ink stamp Delicate Aster Vase image and then die cut with Labels Eight. Color with Copics and matte on yellow cardstock die cut with Decorative Labels Eight. Adhere to card front. Stamp 2 small asters and 3 medium asters on Cryogen White Paper from Delicate Asters Set and color with Copics. Die cut with Delicate Asters Die. Adhere flowers to large asters on image and add Gold Gala Glitz with Dries Clear Glue to center of flowers. Add Glam Pink Stickles to asters. With Eggplant Memento Ink stamp sentiment from Delicate Aster Vase Set on card front. Add Goosebumps to lower right hand corner.

HEARTFELT CREATIONS - DECEMBER 5, 2012

It's Wednesday again and time for another project from Heartfelt Creations!  This week I decided to embellish the gorgeous paper from theHCDP 1 728 - Timeless Amour Paper Collection.  I also love the saying "to a beautiful you" in the HCPC 3509 - Timeless Sentiments PreCut Set and I remembered a package of wooden mannequins I was given at the KaiserCraft booth at CHA this summer and this card quickly came together.  To finish it off I added some crinkled vintage seam binding, some pearl stick pins and of course the lattice heart from HCD 728 - Timeless Amour Die embellished with Zva crystals.  Perfect!

Out of green Bazzill cardstock die cut shape from Resplendent Rectangles. On Timeless Amour Paper with Memento Ink stamp "to a beautiful you" sentiment from Timeless Sentiments Set and cut to fit Resplendent Rectangle shape. Distress edges with Old Paper and Tea Die Distress Ink and then adhere to Rectangle. Attach to card front. Adhere Mannequin with Dries Clear Glue. Using Timeless Amour Die and two different papers from Timeless Amour Paper Collection die cut small heart and lattice heart. Matte lattice heart on solid heart using Dries Clear Glue. Adhere to card front and then add Zva rhinestones to lattice heart. Make bow out of seam binding and adhere to card with 3-D Crystal Lacquer. Add Stick Pins to bow.

Instructions:

6" x 6" Card

Begin with a 12" x 6" piece of cream Bazzill cardstock and score on the 6" mark.  Place appropriately sized Labels One Grand Nestabilities so that it just slightly overhangs the edge of the folded card so that when you run it through the Grand Calibur it leaves the edge not cut to make a shaped card.  Next die cut Timeless Amour Paper with Labels One Grand Nestabilities and adhere to card front.  Wrap ribbon around card edge and finish with a bow.  Then on Cryogen White Paper die cut with Labels One stamp image with Memento Ink from Timeless Rosette Set and color with Copics.  Distress edges with Antique Linen Distress Ink and matte on green cardstock die cut with Scalloped Labels One.  Adhere to card front.  Add Dew Drop and Pearls to upper right corner of card front.

Begin with a 12" x 6" piece of black Bazzill cardstock and score on the 6" mark to create a 6" square cardbase.  Next adhere a 5 3/4" piece of ivory Bazzill cardstock.  With Memento Ink on a 4 1/8" x 5 1/2" piece of beige Timeless Amour paper stamp Timeless Amour Background.  Distress edges with Antique Linen and Old Paper Distress Ink.  Spray with Gold Spray and Sparkle glitter.  Matte on dark colored Timeless Amour Paper and adhere to card front.  Next thread ribbon through button hole.  Apply Scor Tape to card front and adhere ribbon pleating and gathering as desired.  Secure ribbon on back of card front with more Scor Tape.

My first card I created  uses the beautiful HCD 728 - Timeless Amour Die from the collection and the HCPC 3506 - Passage to my Heart PreCut Set stamp that looks like a wooden door that fits inside the heart die cut.  Every time I drive by an old weathered looking red barn I think I want to color something to look like that some day.  Well it is not very easy to do!  After a lot of practice I finally got the look I wanted.

HEARTFELT CREATIONS - NOVEMBER 14, 2012

Good Morning!  It's a brisk Wednesday morning here in Northern Indiana.  We had are first snow flurries this week.  I am not ready for snow just yet!

My first card this week I created for Heartfelt Creations uses the beautiful papers and stamps from the Delicate Asters Collection.  The lavender aster is 3D and on both asters I used Tailings Elements in the flower centers for texture.  I also used the beautiful new Spellbinders Decorative Labels Eight.

 

SCRIPT ASTER CARD

Since Thanksgiving is next week for my second card I created a Fall Card.  I used Heartfelt Creations HC 3331 - All Seasons PreCut Set and added Autumn Flower Soft to create a beautiful Autumn card.  What I love about this tree stamp is that you could just as easily create any season with different colored Flower Soft.  So very versatile!

With Memento Ink on Cryogen White Paper stamp 2 medium asters, 2 small asters and 2 leaves from HC Delicate Asters Set. Color with Copics and die cut with Delicate Asters die and layer asters and leaves for dimension and adhere with Dries Clear Adhesive to aster on Script Aster Background image. Add Tailings Elements with Dries Clear Adhesive to flower centers. Add Purple Baby Bling Pearls to upper right corner.
